Merchant Microsites — Public Business Pages

Every merchant on Yibe.life now has a public-facing microsite at app.yibe.life/business/{slug}. Pages are automatically styled based on business type — restaurants get a menu-first layout, spas and fitness studios get a services layout, and hotels get a rooms-and-amenities view.

Loyalty Wallet & Points-to-Credit Conversion

Customers can now convert their Yibe.life loyalty points into wallet credits and spend them across any merchant on the platform. This closes the loop on the full loyalty cycle.

  • Points-to-dollar conversion at a configurable rate (default: 100 pts = $1)
  • Wallet balance visible in the customer app profile
  • Optional minimum balance required before conversion
  • Settlement tracking so merchants are compensated for wallet redemptions
  • Admin monthly payout summary with mark-as-paid workflow

BookingGo — Appointment Booking for All Merchants

All merchant tiers now include access to the BookingGo appointment system — not just premium plans. Merchants can define services, assign staff, set business hours, and accept online bookings.

Merchant Setup Wizard

New merchants now complete a guided 4-step setup wizard before accessing their dashboard. This ensures every account is properly configured from day one.

  • Step 1: Business details — name, type, address
  • Step 2: Plan selection and confirmation
  • Step 3: TableTrack POS provisioning (restaurant/cafe/bar types only)
  • Step 4: BookingGo account creation for all business types

The wizard gates access to the main dashboard until setup is complete, preventing partially-configured accounts.

POS Integration — TableTrack SSO & Provisioning

Restaurant, cafe, and bar merchants can now access the full TableTrack POS system via a single sign-on button from the Yibe.life merchant dashboard. No separate login needed.

  • One-click SSO with 90-second token expiry for security
  • Automatic restaurant, branch, and menu provisioning on account creation
  • Default roles assigned: Admin, Branch Head, Waiter, Chef, Manager, Cashier
  • Package assignment ensures the full sidebar is visible from day one

Merchants can now create and manage loyalty coupons from their dashboard. Coupons can be merchant-locked or platform-wide, with configurable expiry and point costs.

  • Coupons redeemable at the POS or via the customer app
  • Earn rate configuration per merchant (points per $ spent)
